Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return, get approved, and return your item(s).
All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery date provided by USPS with original tags still attached. Items that appear worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or will not be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date posted by USPS, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 15 calendar days of our receipt
To start a return, you can contact us at returns.elegantrelic@gmail.com. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping costs required to ship it back to the store. We will email instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, swimwear, body care, makeup, hair care, or home care items.
Final Sale
Merchandise listed in the Clearance section of our website is Final Sale, is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment.
Promotional / Flash Sales
Any purchase made during a promotional/flash sale may be returned for store credit only if they meet our regular return criteria, unless indicated during that sale that all purchases are final. Clearance items are still Final Sale.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
