Okay guys! Like so many of the amazing business owners in our community we feel the need to give back to those suffering such an immense loss in our state. I know everyone has their story’s in our beloved mountains but I wanted to share a few of mine.
First and foremost, my sweet aunt and cousins live in Asheville and while they and their home is safe, their community is devastated. I attended my first college football game at WCU. My husband and I went to Waynesville on our first solo trip together many years ago and it is still one of my favorite memories. We celebrated my Biangs (great grandmother) 95 birthday in Asheville a few years back, and that was the last “big birthday bash” we had with my entire extend family before she passed. Biltmore Estate will forever be one of my most favorite places in this world. I could go on with stories of these special towns for hours and it still wouldn’t be enough to express the loss I know we are all feeling.
